In recent years, the domestic preserved fresh flower market has developed rapidly, especially during the festival, the Internet sales have gradually overtaken flowers, popular products are in short supply, it can be said that there are unlimited business opportunities. How is the Preserved flower made? There are 4 main steps:

Step 1: Select materials

When collecting materials for preserved fresh flowers, they must be the most beautiful flowers with the best appearance. Choose the dark series flowers that are newly opened and mature, tough in texture, with little water content in petals, thick and small in shape. After collecting the material back, it is necessary to arrange and trim the flower branches in the shortest possible time, and start the next process in a cold chain way.

Step 2: Dehydration decolorization

The arranged flowers are completely immersed in a liquid mixture of methanol and ethanol, with the water and cell contents replaced, and generally soaked for 24 hours. When the color is off, remove it to a non-volatile, safe organic liquid such as polyethylene glycol at the fastest speed and soak it for 36 hours. This allows the water in the flowers to be replaced, but also allows the flowers to maintain the original moist texture. (Note: It should be noted that all soaking processes need to be sealed)

Step 3: Dye

The next step is to dye the flowers, removing the original anthocyanins from the cell walls and restoring the original colors with an environmentally friendly organic dye (available in material stores). The colors of Eternal flowers even surpass the original colors of flowers, making impossible colors of flowers possible.

Step 4: Air dry

Air dry the treated flowers in a dry, ventilated place away from light. It will dry completely in 7 days.(we have many colors for your choose.)
